This whole solstice thing.... trash.
First off... this geriatric Eva lady needs to go. I don’t like her senile nonsense and bringing up the Red War every time she pokes her head around. Are you guys not aware there have been 2 years of other activities since the Red War? The Red War wasn’t even that big of a deal, but hell, look up to the sky in the Tower two years later and the thing is still burning. You’d think someone would be logical to kill the smoke on that thing. Maybe we should be celebrating how incompetent the cleaner bots are.
Second, my buddies and I can’t even load the tower longer than 5 minutes before getting error coded. You’ve heard it before and you’re never going to hear the end of it. One word: SERVERS.
Next, increasing the amount of materials required to purchase things doesn’t make us want to grind the game. It makes us hate it. You have caps on materials and then rape and pillage us for all of it. Wth? Remove the caps on the vaults and materials and we will happily grind out the game for more.
You’re killing this franchise.

2 commentairesThis guy is clearly a d2 only player if they’re complaining about farming resources. Ascendant shards and energy anyone?

1 commentaireThe only people who led you to believe everything wrong with Destiny was Activision's fault were people in this community. Bungie never blamed them, and Activision never admitted any wrong-doing. People talking about a war that is two years old is nothing surprising at all. People still talk about the Vietnam war, and that ended almost 45 years ago. It's a little egotistical for you to write your post in a manner that suggests you speak for every player in the game. I'm a player. I don't hate it. The franchise is doing just fine. More people playing now than at this same time a year ago.

The red war was actually a huge deal lore wise...

10 commentairesPeople like you who don't fancy a grind, and ask for constant handouts are what's really killing this game. Sack up, or get out.

1 commentaireModifié par xTGE : 8/1/2019 6:20:44 AMGames going free to play, some form of in-game monetisation is needed. Warframe does it too. You forget that activision and bungie’s partnership lasts until September. There is a reason why New Light isn’t launching earlier than Shadowkeep when it would be ideal for bungie to do so. You say it’s killing the franchise, I would say removing monetisation would kill the company.

Solstice is still a part of season of opulence. Wait till Shadowkeep and then start complaining again.
-
Lol you're not just wrong you're wrong and dumb.
-
Everything in Solstice is earnable through gameplay. Yet chuck some meaningless glows behind brightdust, adults cry.

16 commentairesFanboys are so funny: -Before it was all Activisions fault and once they were out of the picture it would all be fine. Even stating originally that everything after the initial announcement would be smooth sailing for Destiny and MTX's would either Disappear or be better dealt with. -Now they are trying to say it's still Acitivision's fault, despite saying earlier that they wouldn't have a hand in Destiny in further previously. -Even then, to them, it's still ok because Bungie needs all the money they can get...which is admitting that it IS Bungie doing it, but somehow it's also Activision's fault....somehow.... -All this while ignoring the fact that Bungie were the ones that wanted MTX's in the game in the first place and were the ones that suggested putting them in the game because creating content was too hard (( https://www.denofgeek.com/us/games/destiny/270029/destiny-2-was-reportedly-rebooted-before-release-to-incorporate-more-microtransactions )) -Also, while ignoring the fact that Bungie has been systematically removing players ability to earn bright dust and new items, and will be continuing to do so in Shadow Keep by making it so EV items no longer offer bright dust. While they are adding bounties I doubt it will be anywhere near as much as players could get now, given their history of making bounties in the past was to cut down on a certain materials. TL:DR: Fanboys make up shitty lies and excuses for Bungie's greed once again as they slip further down that slippery slope people warned them of when MTX's were first introduced to the game.

3 commentairesIs it still to late for an I told you so on Activision being financial backers and a publishing company to get the game out there. Ever descion that has been made has been bungie this entire time. Also eververse isn't going any where because the game is being made free to play. Bungie has to make there income some how since there honeypot is gone.

I told people that while yes activision helped mess up Destiny, the management at Bungie also helped mess up Destiny as well. They were the ones who asked for the new model saying making content was to hard, they were the ones who make this content, and they were the ones the causes the reboots of D1 and D2 in the middle of their development cycles. It was activision who pushed shitty business practices but it was also Bungie who went along with it and also had a say in some matters. I have always blamed both Bungie and activision and as I told people when they split don’t just think D2 will just automatically get better with just Bungie at the helm cause hey also helped make D2 intro the crap storm it is today.

3 commentairesActivision was never the problem. It was always and has always been Bungie.

17 commentairesAll the people who say “wait till Shadowkeep” are going to be bummed when Shadowkeep gets here and they are incentivized to buy finishing moves from EV.

1 commentaire
You’re killing this franchise
They have been doing that slowly since D2 released. The day I found out Bungie signed a contract with Activision and watched as the key devs left this company. It was only a matter of time without the key devs that this company was going to fall apart and the funny thing is, they are so lost that they think Tess will save them 🤣🤣😂

31 commentairesModifié par SwankyButters : 7/31/2019 11:15:13 AMJoe Staten quitting, should have been the warning sign of all warning signs this game was going down the wrong path. The originators had an idea and it didn't fit with Activision ideas and those who remain at bungie bought into whatever concept that was. And here we are.

16 commentairesI'll be leaving this dumpster fire of a franchise behind once Borderlands 3 launches. To hell with this game.

3 commentairesLevel headed people always knew it was both companies but the forums don’t have many level headed people posting anything ever.

3 commentairesAll of you who only blame Bungie, look at CoD at this moment and what Activision has done or with other games... only here they defend Activision but with other games they won’t... if it was up to Activision this game would have lootboxes and the only way to get a Molesto or Jotunn would be to buy lootboxes... good thing this never happend! It’s funny sometimes reading these comments

The drama. Seriously this is way too serious. You can't let stuff anger you to this extent. Deep breaths. Whoosh uninstall the game and play something else. It's really that simple.
-
Meant by who? The people who were highly critical of Activision and blamed them for everything were some toxic entitled brats from this very forum. No-one official or credible...
