Account Banned
Bungie pls tell me why Im banned? I have 1600h experience, all dlc's, I love this game.
I bought Shadowkeep in preorder, and today I was banned, for no reason. I cant write a ticket, I cant check why, I cant contact with anybody from Bungie. Tell me pls why I am banned? What I did wrong?

17 commentairesYour account was banned because we detected an external program used for cheating in online games interacting with the Destiny game client. This occurred at approximately 1:00PM PST on July 14th. Your ban has been reviewed and upheld.

It's really absurd to me, that Bungie can ban your account without even stating the reason behind this ban. Something more outside of plain "This account has been banned." would be greatly appreciated.

1 commentaireThis is not a good thing that bans happen without giving reason, and no way to address it by the player. You buy a game with expansions, play 1,6k hours and then one day you're just banned. All your time and money investment goes to trash. Player needs to have a way of defending its case.

4 commentairesRegardless of rules and possible reasons, If you spend this much $$$ and time on a game you should at least be told why your banned. A warning would be more appropriate before permanent actions such as a ban is placed on someone. A lot of time and money if not money alone should afford you at minimum an explanation for what's happened to your account. Considering the money spent by each of us is what pays their bills and builds the content it's not unreasonable to ask for a reasonable amount steps you could take to defend or disprove what your accused of or thought to have done.

Go to orbit and when I requested a new game I was suspended without any explanation. without any reason. for no apparent reason. I have already tried to communicate to BUNGIE in any way, but nothing is solved. I play on the console. I'm really upset

Bans are manually placed on accounts following account investigation that turns up behaviour that justifies the action being taken. i bet u definatly know why.

These investigations can be started by multiple reports of cheating or otherwise disallowed behaviour over a long time period. Alternatively, bans may be placed after the Destiny 2 app on PC detects potential cheat software and flags it, sending data to Bungie - again requiring manual confirmation for a ban to be placed. The only other way to obtain a ban is to continue to play match made PVP and gambit, following both a 2 week and 2 month restriction from those activities. In all seriousness, and with respect, Bungie has found reasonable evidence that you have broken the Destiny code of conduct in some way and been appropriately punished for it. There is no way to appeal a ban or have it overturned. Bungie does not discuss or revoke restrictions or bans.

WE actually sign a contract agreeing to it, every single time they update we blindly click ok.
