Why do machine guns break shields with such ease?
It's just insanely tilted. Opinions?

11 commentairesAll heavy breaks a titans shield easily. Grenade launchers, rockets, linear fusions, all down the titans shield. Heavy is a sentinels biggest weakness because by blocking you risk losing your super over attempting to tank through it...in which case you still die anyways because now you lost your super.

6 commentairesWhile I'm not PvP frequenter (about 150 matches total), thus my experience in Crucible is limited, in Gambit I played over 600 matches, and all I can say is that it is inconsistent. There were times where my shield could withstand quite the hailstorm (what feels like half a drum), yet there were times when entire shield (and my guardian along with it) was gone in what felt like 6-round burst. Not 6-second long. It also worked opposite way.

Same reason as a rocket launcher, linear fusion rifle, or grenade launcher: because it's a HEAVY weapon
