I normally sleep on cold tiles, or concrete. Though I'm used to sleeping on a hard floor. (≧艸≦*)

Air conditioning. If that isn't working, use a fan. The gray noise of it as well as the air off it can help. 73.4 F isn't hot. It's a temperature I've been hoping for. We can't seem to get out of the 40-60's (4-15c). It sucks, and has been raining off and on for weeks. This past Saturday was in the high 80's (31c) and it was great, but the next day it went back into late Winter mode. I'd much rather be hot than cold. Cold makes my muscles tense up and joints hurt. Cranking up the heat just makes the air dry, and my skin with it, causing my skin to itch. Cold is miserable. I can cope with being too warm much easier.

Modifié par RollTide2235 : 5/21/2019 12:45:37 PMFunny you post this. I get hot very easily when I sleep, even during the winter months. It doesnt help that my mattress is nothing more than a heat insulator and my wife likes to snuggle up under me every night which creates even more heat. I keep my air on 65 every night. National sleep foundation says best temp for sleeping is 65. I also purchased this 1 week ago for my heat sucking mattress. So far, its worked well. https://www.slumbercloud.com/nacreous-mattress-pad.html
