1. Nerf the damage boost from 2.3x to 1.8x
What this does is bring the damage increase from 131 Crit, 89 Body, to 102 Crit, 70 Body, effectively removing the ability to 2 crit 1 body, you can now only 3 crit.
2. Nerf Stability to 43 base for both guns
Buy nerfing the stability, you're making it harder to just spam the gun to land the shots, this means that you are forcing the player to slow down a bit to ensure that the shots land, effectively making the ttk slower. On paper, you get 0.67 ttk, but in reality it's more like 0.77-0.8 when you adjust for player error and lag.
3. Reduce Aim Assist to 60
This does not affect PC, but on console, it'd make these guns the lowest aim assist of all 180s, considering these are precision weapons, this makes a lot more sense. More actual input will be required from the player, the aim assist and stability will no longer compensate for error.
Please, if you agree, spread the word like wildfire, nerfing these guns to the ground won't completely fix the game, next it will be Ace, then Recluse, and so on. A small nerf will do, the next goal for Bungie is improving how Handcannons feel on Console overall.
