Fated Engrams from Xûr now have the chance to reward Forsaken Exotics!!!
In the patch notes, it states, "Fated Engrams from Xûr now have the chance to reward Forsaken Exotics".

Xur does sell the Lord of Wolves even if you haven’t gotten it from a spider bounty.

I think everyone’s been waiting for this for a long time. Considering it’s only one exotic per account per week then you’d think Fated Engrams would’ve rewarded Forsaken exotics sooner. In any case, I’m happy I’ll be able to get Heart on Inmost Light for my titan now.
