Why is it that each season Eververse has more loot than there are.....
- Legendaries dropping in strikes
- Vendors with weapons and armor set with rotating perks you could buy
- Factions
- Content you want to play instead of being forced to play powerful engrams.
- Bigger PvP maps
Why is it bungie? Oh right...money.
So much time and resources are put into the eververse store that we can't even get proper vendors. Every npc should have stuff stocked. Every legendary since D2 released should be dropping (yr2 version) no more gotdamn blues, and we should be able to play what we want to get powerful engrams. Not forced to PvP or pve or Gambit, or raid. Let the players play what they want to get powerful engrams.
Got a bit off topic... Eververse is a waste of time and resources. An equal amount of time needs to be put into restocking the vendors on planets and at the tower. And that bitch needs to just sell everything straight up. No more bright engrams. Use that rank up bar to give us master work cores, glimmer, or shards.
Edit: and if we already own the yr1 version of anything we need to automatically be able to pull it from collections as the yr2 version. Sick of this regrinding for shit I already have.

At least with d1 when a new dlc would drop there would be new emotes yes but also [u]full[/u] vendor restocks with new legendaries from vanguard, cruibcle, dead orbit, new monarchy, future war cult, banner, trials. In d2 eververse has been the only vendor to get full stock refresh per [i]season[/i]. The bungie of today are solely motivated by greed

What would you rather Bungie's business strategy be? It's clear that doing expansions the way they are now isn't really working when people are less and less inclined to give Bungie the chance to turn things around after the first several times. They could go free-to-play and go the route of Warframe, however Digital Extremes is a much smaller company thus they don't have tons of people on the payroll. Also their pipeline seems to work for them because there's less hands in it and they have the right tools. Personally, I think Bungie should heavily consider going the subscription model. Keep the price low, like 5 bucks a month, release future expansions for free or for a small price, and all smaller updates on a regular basis for free. Get rid of eververse and put all the effort going towards that into the actual game. Let the gameplay reward the cosmetics.

I think you would be shocked at how little time, effort and resources go into producing cosmetics. It's literally just art. And I would imagine Eververse itself more than pays for that artist(s).

Some of these items are pretty much nerfed to be more cosemtic than essential now. Eververse is killing the Destiny expierence.

The direct for silver purchases had been ask for since Everese was a thing. I have almost everything thing Tess has offered in the past seasons just from playing, no silver bought. Please stop, I like getting items for free. I also have over 100000 bright dust and she'll sell almost everything for dust this season.

yeah, it's funny how Bungie always seem to have the time to make new EverVerse gear we don't want or need, but we don't get new Exotics, new Legendaries, etc.

Can't make a thread like this without the pseudo-businessmen commenting about how Bungie needs to add microtransactions because it helps fund better content and they need the extra money and blah blah blah. It's funny because they are all exactly the same and you can tell right away that they spend obscene amounts of money on the game, bet Bungie wishes we were all that brain-dead. Just wait... one of them will show up eventually.

I've wondered that myself.Every season we get more ships,ghosts and sparrows(90% are reskins).The exotic ones i have no problem with but why do we need more legendary ones? What we should be getting instead is new armour and weapons added to the planetery vendors loot pool.
