Not sure about my fellow Guardians out there, but I really enjoyed the Shattered Throne. I am part of a small clan that can’t seem to get a 6 man fireteam together for a Raid. Life just gets in the way. However, getting 3 together was doable. Yes, I could always play with randoms like I did with D1 for raiding, but Bungie is rewarding clans for doing activities together.
All this to say, more 3 team Shattered Throne type/quality end game activities should be pursued. Please consider this. I believe that raid participation will continue to dwindle unless you devs start changing the way you approach how they are played. I’m not saying to stop the whole 6 man thing, just provide more opportunities for teams of 3 or 4. Anthem (as bad as it might be so far) pulled it off.😉
Unless Bungie is happy with a small part of the Destiny community being the only ones admiring their raid work then its time to embrace some new ideas. Please?

44 commentairesThanks for the feedback. In the next few weeks, we're hoping to have a ride along featuring the Shattered Throne dungeon, going a bit more into detail on what it took to create the activity. That said, the team is aware of the desire for more content like this!

1 commentaireTotally agree, possibly the best content from all of d1 and d2... i haven't done a raid in D2 for the same reasons, but ive done the dungeon a few times in a team of 2 or 3... so fun... The dreaming city on the whole is fantastic... more please...

The two best pieces of content are Whisper quest and shattered throne. What makes them so good is the challenge in solo mode.
-
They would, but "making content is hard."
-
Bungie: Were going to make a bunch of fun unique exotic quest experiences like Whisper of the Worm going forward Also Bungie: 90% of the exotic quests involves grinding the crucible and getting set back to square 1 if and when you get put in a shitty match lol

As a diehard Destiny fan for years, Shattered Throne was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had since getting anraid together is just an annoying process most of the time. REALLY bummed it doesn’t seem we are getting one in the annual pass. In all honesty it was the main reason I bought it.
-
Just don’t make it available every three weeks. Whisper was fine every weekend because at least you could do it every week. Every 3 weeks is too extreme (especially if a title is locked behind it)
-
Agree with this entirely, same with our clan, we can get 3 or 4 on at a time, and we all love shattered throne, would love to see it perma open and more like it added.

1 commentaireShattered throne cost money to make which is the reason why we don't get this type of content anymore before Destiny 3. The anal pass is about keeping content cheap. The forge was basically one game mode copied to 4 different locations, now the season of the drifter will bring a few changes to Gambit and a repurposed trials map. So realistically speaking you could maybe expect to see Shattered Throne repurposed as a Gambit map, but that's about it.

1 commentaireJust no more token bs and by that mean crap normal gamer will only do after watching streamer figure it out make that stuff little more obvious I guess for lack of better word but over all yes more dungeons
-
4 commentairesShattered throne is exactly he type of content me and my buddies want to play, it's just not viable for us to pull together a six man team (and honesty, mostly I want to play with friends and family not dice roll with complete strangers).

5 commentairesModifié par magic : 3/1/2019 4:46:35 PMRaids are already easy enough where they can be completed with 3-4 man teams. Specifically, last wish can be done from beginning to end with a 4-man team, with some encounters requiring just 1-2 players. Likewise, scourge of the past can be done with just 2 players. The raids are in no way overly difficult as you seem to suggest, and finding a 6-man team is by no means farfetched; it takes about 2 minutes to pull up Destiny Companion and find a group. At their current state, raids do not need to be adjusted in the manner you suggest. The 6-man design has a distinct purpose of encouraging teamwork and coordination. The shattered throne, on the contrary, requires little to no teamwork and certainly very little coordination; voice chat isn’t even necessary. And unlike the raids, where teamwork and coordination create an engaging experience, the shattered throne is more or less like your average boring campaign mission, where you have to run through, kill a couple of ads, and fight a boss in the end. Your complaint is largelyworthless and your uninformed suggestions will in no way benefit the game.

Well said, spot on!
-
Yup, i think its a great step forward for the game to have a veriety of content like this. Its pretty much bungies answer to soloable raids, or at least the closest thing to it.
-
Id like a dungeon yo do each week, they're fun, a nice change of pace for sure.

1 commentaireYes please! I loved the experience but my only problem with it is the lack of replay ability, there isn’t any specific loot tied to the dungeon other than the Wish Ender and the dreaming city ship. I really hope in future dungeons they give them their own armor sets and more exotic quests similar to Wish Ender. Shattered Throne was still an amazing experience regardless and I find it fun getting people through it their first time then helping them get Wish Ender. :)
-
That would be amazing

Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

3 commentairesSince Penumbra/SoO is supposed to be about Calus and the Leviathan, perhaps a Lev dungeon?
-
Shattered Throne or Whisper. Both were great. I do like the somewhat hidden aspect of Whisper as well.
-
2 commentairesBut dungeons are not PvP so no one is interested. My fart in the wind guess is that a lot of BR games have been hogging the market lately (Fortnite, Apex etc.) and Bungie wants to get back in the PvP arena as that's what most streamed games are about nowadays. They are coming up with ideas to push PvP in aspects of games which don't need them so dungeon won't fit the bill. I like shattered throne and the free roam in it. Bungie doesn't really care anymore.

Modifié par TheCorruptedGuardian : 3/1/2019 8:34:00 PMI agree event like this and stuff like the wisper event is what makes destiny really fun! Come on bungie make more dynamic type events!
-
9 commentairesAgreed, I loved the dungeon concept and was really hoping it would become a seasonal thing. Even if just 2-3 in a year would still be nice. Also, just more strikes. They were a D1 staple and I wish they still were a staple.
-
3 commentairesWell the Niobe labs is like a dungeon
-
I would love to see more content like Shattered Throne.

Agree. ST is and was amazing
