Offtopic Court Case - U13901227 vs Toaster (official)
Marking the Third Case of the Offtopic Courts, the proceedings will be as standardized by the previous cases.
- There will be a jury of 6 offtopickles (offtopicians, offtopites, call them what you will) who will be searched out and chosen by myself, Agent Wyoming.
- Agent Wiomyng (a separate party) will act as executioner, determining the punishment administered, should the defendant be found Guilty.
- In the event that the defendant is found innocent, they may counter-sue the prosecutors (mandating another, albeit smaller, Court Proceeding).
- The defendant may enlist the help of a single (one, 1) attorney, as may the prosecutor enlist the help of a single (one, 1) attorney.
If you would like to be a member of the Jury, you must comment below why you wish to be a juror and why you are an unbiased party. I (Agent Wyoming) may choose any 6 offtopickles that agree to the position to be jurors, however, Agent Wiomyng may deny these offtopickles, in which case, I shall find a replacement juror.
For a verdict to be reached, the jury must have four (4) or more jurors agree, requiring a two-thirds majority.
The Defendant is Toaster, representing [u]"The Arena"[/u], and Toaster will be represented by Lee the Sheriff
The prosecutor is U13901227, who is being represented by the Attorney HoTh.

2 commentairesLee should not be representation on this case. Being a deputy, he should be impartial, only brought in to provide evidence. If he insists on representing one side over the other, then we will know very well just what kind of a person he is. Unfair, biased, with no regard for morality. For the police to blatantly argue one side in a civil case like this, what is to stop us from assuming he is being paid to represent, like any other attorney? Is money all it takes to get the police on your side? That is what this case says to me. Replace Lee, and maybe we can restore a sense of order to this fallen realm.

I would like to be a juror. I don’t really care about the executions thing that they are trying to steal or do. I was supposed to be a juror for Wyoming vs Wiomyng but I think we all know where that went. In a nutshell, I am unbiased and I have some experience with this type of case.
