Ikelos shotgun?
So I was thinking about going after this thing. What are the requirements exactly? Does it drop from the 7th EP boss only? Can I attempt to get it only once a week? Do I need to have 6 people in group? Do I need to have the Ikelos gun equipped? This game really needs to explain things better (or at all) :(

You don't have to have an ikelos gun equipped. you can start it yourself with a fireteam or by yourself. You can wait on patrol near one until there are more people there then start the EP. Usually when you start one people looking for guns will flock to it. Hope that helps.

Waves 1-7 and drops after the wave 7 boss. Took me around 50 completions back when it was hard to do / find teams. Still one of the best shots in the game though.

You should be able to 3 man it easy People have soloed it but it's a pain If I drop into mars and see the party poppin I drop in for the mayhem Still the best shotty imho

it drops from the escalation protocol wave 7 boss on certain weeks currently it will drop the sniper next 2 weeks will be all 3 of the weapons and then in 3 weeks it will the shotgun dropping only
