I’m You used to receive 20 cores for valor reset. Why not make each rank of pvp and gambit come with masterwork core drops? Raids too, why not Nightfalls also? Why y’all being stingy bruh?
By the way, Gambit reset should be 50 cores dropped, have you reset your gambit?!! That grind is a struggle, especially solo.
Looks like there’s more support for this option rather than removing cores all together for infusions. I think everyone is in agreement that something needs to be done though.

Modifié par Cozmo_BNG : 1/22/2019 9:09:30 PMEnhancement Cores not dropping from Valor and Glory Legend rank is a bug. Good news is we are fixing that next week in 2.1.4 on 1/29/19. As far as adding more sources for Enhancement Cores to things like Raids, Nightfalls, and Infamy, I will pass that feedback along to the dev team. Thanks for sharing your suggestion.

Bungie: Nice try but we nerfed logic a long time ago my dude!
-
Everyone needs to keep this post going
-
Start saving your cores boys, since the new season is coming soon and the new light level will come in.
-
Nightfall completion - 5 cores Nightfall 100k - 7 cores Nightfall 200k - 10 cores Nightfall 300k - 15 cores Raid - 15 cores Crucible reset - 10 cores Gambit reset - 15 cores (or possibly 20 because it does take a while to reset) The nightfall and raid cores granted would be per account not per character. This seems like a fair trade off for certain activities to get something more out of them. It would feel more rewarding than getting X weapon or armor you’ve acquired multiple times from completion of these activities.

Modifié par l Beanie l : 1/24/2019 4:37:26 PMThis is the best option compared to the cry babies option of removing them completely. They need to get the balance right though. They should not hand out cores like candy.
-
If they did that they would adjust the cost of infusion getting us nowhere lol
-
Modifié par The icon of sin : 1/24/2019 1:25:06 PMBungie owes me 21 cores . I reset my valor 3 times in the timespan the bug has been happening.
-
Do you know whats going to be funny about Bungie adding more ways to acquire them?
It's not hard to level a character up, but once you do all 3? There will be nothing to use them for. The funny part about it is knowing right after the forum will complain that there is nothing to use them for.
-
Give out something for doing raids for crying out loud. The armor and weapons are a joke. I can count on one hand the number of quality raid items in all of D2
-
Just tweak it so weekly powerful gear challenges drop 1 core with the engram. For someone who grinds everything each week that's 10 cores on top of the existing economy. Most people won't get all of them. Rank ups are another good addition though it looks like it's already in progress. Feels like a reasonable balance to let people infuse more regularly.
-
They need to be a farmable resource. This would be a good way to bring a shred of relevancy to planetary patrols. 1 core for every 3 patrols completed? That way you're also grinding glimmer and materials all at the same time.
-
Cores should come as follows Strikes: 1 every 2 strikes or 1 every strike Nightfalls: 10 for first completion Raid: 3-5 per encounter Crucible: 2-4 per rank or a total amount of 20 or higher at reset (with comp providing more cores cause yeah) Adventures: 1 for regular 2-3 for heroic Patrols: 50% chance of a core being awarded Gambit: same logic as crucible but with a larger amount of total cores at a reset Shattered throne: 15 cores on completion Blindwell: first heroic of the week should award 5-8 cores Ascendant challenge: 5-8 cores Scrappers should award a random number between 2-3. Forges have a chance to harvest core bundles that drop alongside weapon forges granting a bundle of 5.
-
you get master worked weapons and armor from the old raid which you can dismantle for cores.
-
Modifié par Atreuss : 1/23/2019 8:39:09 AMIf you are stubbornly not going to get rid of them, make them drop in all activities. Not just raid and pvp. That's bs. Forge would be good, strikes, dreaming city, lost sectors or roaming bosses, heroic adventures, stories. XUR? Oh and reduce the amounts required. Whoever designed the economy for forsaken went overkill on the cost of everything. I don't mind farming mats, but geez this is a bad system when you can't use any of your loot because it sits in the vault for lack of materials. Oh and a lot of players have left this game because of this infusion system. Even some streamers saying it's time to go now. Think about it. Your hardcores can still have their content without cores and you would probably get some vet players coming back.
-
Or just remove cores entirely.
-
Give out 200 cores to every dirty casual. That should keep them quiet for about a week while they try and level up their edge transmits at outrageous fortunes, run out and start crying again..
-
remove cores
-
Modifié par Slevi : 1/22/2019 8:35:08 PMAhhh. Another 500 casual who hasnt done a raid and less than 20 total gambit games under his belt. Surely, this player knows what is the best for the game.
-
For crucible, play rumble. In rumble, a placement in top 3 (including a third place tie) will count as a win towards your stats and your valor win streak. as long as you are a decent player who can place in top 3 consistently, which is not that hard, you can go on very long win streaks.
-
Good idea. Much better than just saying REMOVE CORES FROM INFUSION WAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!! And what do ya know it gets a Bungie Response.
-
I think all the 'remove cores' posts are silly. But I can support your post 100%.
-
THAT'S THE FEEDBACK WE NEED ABOUT CORES! Instead of removing we should increase the sources for them. You have my upmote. 👍🏻
-
5 or 10 cores from the final raid chest would be great. That way once I get my fifth chest piece I'll at least have some cores.
-
50 cores per normal public event sounds reasonable .
-
I got the better idea! Let us excange Baryon Boughs for masterwork cores in relation to 50/1 I think everyone will be happy about it.=)
