Luna’s got 79 aim assist, that’s 19 higher than GRAVITON LANCE (which have one of the best aim assists of the game in my opnion, and i dont have the catalyst.), luna’s got NO recoil (and for the people saying that they prefer recoil, its not an argument, its your choice, not a game balancing fact), and it requires only TWO headshots to activate the perk, that’s 1 lower than triple that (which only gives you 1 bullet back) and the perk simply buffs your damage like a kill clip, which is 50%, that’s a “little” too much for a single weapon isnt it? People use it like a crutch, literally, it takes NO skill to use, fires fast, hits hard, and reloads fast, and for the people saying (it doesnt have range), of course, if it had pvp would be over, instead of just broken, when bungie will learn that NOTHING should be “meta”? People want to use what the game has to offer, but if the game limits that to a few weapon because the power gap between them are that huge, what’s the point of having the variety of weapons the game have? I want to use (example) riskrunner, but HOW will i use them if anything like a hand cannon or shotgun kills so much faster than a smg? Learn to sacrifice your crutches for a better game, demand bungie to balance their game, the game is like this since D1 and people cry everywhere when the problem will never be fixed like the way they manage things.

7 commentairesSimple solution, no nerf, just increase to exotic status, I mean with the long quest and stuff to get it,cut just seems fitting to be exotic

15 commentairesI'm just gonna throw this out there. Anyone, like myself, that has Luna, can and probably do change their play style consistently depending on what they're facing, match to match. It's how you not only get better with a variety of weapons, but also teamwork. Which is how we obtained Luna in the first place. Now, Luna doesn't need a nerf just because some people don't have it and are getting 3 shot. Out of its effective range, I get rekt all the time by PFs, scouts, snipers, trust(HCs), heck even chaperone. PFs for example can 2 tap, scouts, 3 tap, etc. Git gud, learn to counter, learn different play styles. Adapt, overcome, improvise. You think if they nerf Luna/NF, Luna users will be at a disadvantage? Lmbo. We're good all around players. So again... Git gud

15 commentairesUnless you have aimbot and always hit headshots no matter what I’d say it take skill to use. When I got it, it took some time to get used to it and I had to change my playstyle a bit so I could use the gun better. There is also a number of ppl (some that I know) that don’t really like Luna’s cause they’re not able to connect their shots right. I’m pretty sure the guns in a good spot. Plus it’s very outplayable buy other HCs and whatever else is out there. Just gotta get better 🤷🏻♂️

Must be nice complaining about a weapon you dont want.
-
They need to take the quest away. Leave it in the players inventory if they picked it up. Those who didn’t don’t get it. If they don’t do this eventually pvp will be polluted and everyone will have it.

7 commentairesAre we seriously still whining about Luna's? Just get it

😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

1 commentaireShould have been exotic and not forgotten replaced with the catalyst (range increase)

1 commentaireModifié par Infamousme : 11/27/2018 5:08:44 PMHonestly what I’m hearing is I could only get redrix and I’m mad it’s not reliably outgunning Luna’s. I have Luna’s. It’s annoying to go up against a stacked team of them. But be honest, even if they weren’t, they’re gonna rock your world because the game favors communication and team shotting. As a solo only I recognize when to use it and when not to. If I’m playing a sweaty four stack, yeah DRB, Luna and wardcliff are coming out. But if I pre check the roster and I see a variety of weapons I’m switching to my “fun” load outs. Duke Mk. 44, playing with snipers, MIDA (which is seriously slept on), misfit and my autumn breeze. And I’m being completely honest, my trust with arrowhead brake, corkscrew barreling outlaw and rampage will outgun a Luna’s. I do it all the time. Luna’s is reserved for telesto users, skullfort users and sweaties.

6 commentairesFix your aim and get luna. You will stop complain immediatelly. This weapon is op only if its user is good and has to play in close range. Good shotgunner can win versus luna very often. Telesto is best counter to any 180 hc,luna too. At more range luna lose with all pulse rifles and trust with max range. Learn crucible first after you can post your complaints.

4 commentairesOR, or, here's a better idea, learn to COUNTER it.

1 commentaireI said the samething about Lunas until I got it. I absolutely hated it. But theres a better Lunas and its Not Frogotten. Just an FYI when you actually grind for Luna's and get it instead of complain about it. Cause its an actual weapon worth grinding for. It's a grind. But 100% worth it. Its range is not even close to a lot of the pulse and scout rifles. If want to compare rate of fire, Trust compares and some of the rolls can be godly. But really with this update that just came out, we all can admit Grenade launcher is just straight up cancer. Grenade launchers should be a heavy weapon. No one likes to spawn and have random grenades all over the place. So if your looking for something with no skill, thats something you should look at. Also the Nova warp we all know has ridiculous blast radius. This game is ridiculous. Get over it.

Modifié par ShaxxCousin : 11/26/2018 8:33:35 AMTwo headshots is just way too easy for a weapon that supposed to reward skill. That’s the problem with it imo. Then you got players who have been playing in comp, coming back to quickplay to destroy causal players super easy with it. The main perk should be reworked so it requires a bit more skill.
-
1 commentaireEven Redrix requires a kill before it's perk activates.
-
It’s has more range than people give it credit for. The high impact sniper body-shot damage value on third crit is simple too high and extends the range much further. There’s a video showing exactly where damage falloff occurs for both Luna and NF, but the guy doesn’t actually fire three shots to show the extended range of these guns past initial falloff on regular shots.
-
3 commentairesReality check OP, this is not, nor will it ever be a balanced game ala CoD or Battlefield or Halo where primary and gunskill are the meterstick for victory. People grinded their butts off for Luna and you can be damn certain they will enjoy the heck out of it now, your happiness being a non-factor and as it should be.
-
I agree. It's way too consistent.
-
10 commentaireslol only the people who don’t have luna’s are the people complaining
-
17 commentairesLol. It does take skill. Hitting head shots requires skill. Telesto is a weapon that takes no skill whatsoever. Luna’s is easy to counter. Just stay out of its range and you can out gun it with a pulse or push with a shot gun. Another counter is the trust hand cannon with explosive payload. That thing will flinch any Luna user, making it really difficult to land those headshots. You just need to know how to learn how to adapt your game play when going against a person with Lunas.
-
16 commentairesYou have Redrix broadswords, in the hands of a good player, which can be more deadly then lunas, but you’re complaining about it being overpowered? You also have a 1.02 in comp and on top of it, you don’t seem like you want to adapt to a different play style around that weapon, stop crying.
-
Haha you don’t have lunas howl do you? Sorry man can’t hate on it if you havent used it, those are the rules...

2 commentairesModifié par Swift : 11/26/2018 8:25:07 PMmeh, no one is forcing you to chase any weapon in the game. If I earn a weapon that was grindy af, I'm sure as hell going to use it whenever i want The way these weapons, and gear works, it rewards players with time invested. You want the Luna, grind it out. We all have equal access to the same gear.

1 commentaireEver heard of thorn?

Riskrunner. Lol.
-
Getting consistent headshots in shotgun range is harder than we make it look.
-
1 commentaireAim assist hurts it just as much as it helps. It’s great in a 1v1. Against packs the aim assist pulls you off targets quite often.
