Restrictions are temporary. Bungie won't do anything about them, you'll have to wait it out.

No it was a different message I can play pve just suspended from pvp but it was another message saying account permanently banned on the title screen

It doesn't show the message when I load destiny now but it said permanently banned and on the pvp menu it says temporary suspension with no time given?

It doesn't show the message Now it just loads up as normal but pvp say temporarily suspended. I don't understand as it said permanently banned on the title screen I really want to know if it is permanent or just temporary

If you were banned you wouldn't be able to log in. You have a pvp suspension. It's probably going to be several weeks.
