I came back to the game, and i see nothing change, stutter and leak memory is still present, you need to restart the game after 1-2 hours, and everything is great again, after you teleport more than 10-20 times, the shit show starts, they will never fix this crap ever, shame this game is so expensive and you get this performance, with so many amazing cpus and gpus. :( shame shame shame Bungie

Yup I have a i7 8700k @ 5ghz and a 1080 ti running on a 144hz 1080p gsync screen and it looks like it’s running at 30 FPS after playing for 20 minutes even though my FPS counters never moves from 140 FPS. And to make things even worse it only used to be in the open world and now it’s in every single activity. Every other game on my PC runs smoother then butter and Destiny 2 over here is a hot stuttering mess 24/7. I’ve tired so many different things to fix it and never ever once have I found a thing to make it playable. And I’ve tried a stupid amount of things. But the silence from Bungie is really the worst part. Idk how 2 studios Bungie and vicarious visions in 1 year can’t fix this let alone issue a -blam!-ing statement on this.

What i dont get is i was running a gtx 1060 for the guts of a year and had no issues. I upgrade to a 1080 and since forsaken launched ive had these stutters. Someone had it down to a T here. Play a while reload the game, play another while, reload the game. Desperate for a fix as the game is so damn smooth at high frames

I played the beta with a 970 and had zero issue, then I got a 1080 ti before D2 came out and had stuttering first day. FPS counter reads always high 120+ but the game looks like its running at 30 FPS. EDIT: after looking through a lot of other stuttering posts its very clear this has nothing specifically to do with 10 series GPU's. https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/248755976?sort=0&page=0 thats a good exmple right there.
