Hello, I seem to be having a problem receiving my in-game emblem from the redemption of my rockstar energy code. I did all that was required, logged in using my psn account that I use for logging into the game, input the code into the prompt, and clicked redeem emblem. I have yet to receive the emblem to this day and it's been a week or two. I contacted support for the site itself, but they told me to bring my issue up to the bungie team and were very unhelpful. I'm hoping you guys are more receptive of my problem as they were absolutely no help. This has actually happened multiple times in the past when these rockstar promos were going on. They promise all these in-game rewards, I follow all the directions given, and I receive absolutely nothing. It happened with all of them during Destiny 1, including the Napal donation event, which I contributed to, and with all of the rockstar events. Thanks for any help you can give to me.
