Account ban

So, i haven't played for like a week and after the 29 patch like on 31 i've tried to relog again and play some D2. Then bamm message "Not so fast" came to my face with the text my account has been banned for more information bla bla... Ok i was like mmm what? Just quickly googled about account bans in D2 and found out that there were some random bans at the start aswell i was like oh maybe that happened again, waited a day or two to look up forums about similar things but nothing. Today i've contacted support of Blizzard (Because there is no support team for Destiny, what the hell is this? Simply there is no way to contact them except forum and twitter, total bullshit) told the support my story and he told me he knows there is no way to contact them personally only on forum and twitter but suggested to me to try it. Then here i am and asking any Game Master... what happened why i've got Account banned... not restricted nooo not just activity ban or restriction. Full acount ban permanently. I've payed for a game with all the background support. At least a personal email could come why the hell is my 100 bucks throwed into the trash? I hardly considering to go and take a accusation in my countries consumer protection office because there is just no way that somebody buys something he get's disabled from that service and you can't contact the provider. Here you can check my account (i'm not even a wow so good player just an avarage in pvp and not even talked to anyone in the ingame chat) if you come up with i've used any kind of hack or i don't know what (is there even cheat for this game wtf?)       I also have the same problem with the account's account, you're not alone, and at the same time, I was told that another player just got a ban just like this . https://www.bungie.net/ru/Forums/Post/246024471?sort=0&page=0

      • If you are banned, that account is done. Forever. Bungie does not discuss bans. You agreed to the user agreement when you started to play. It states that Bungie can remove access and permissions to ANY part of the game. Or did you just spam the button and skip that part?🤔🤔
