When my Sins of the Past explodes under the enemy's feet, they survive.
But when the enemy shoots The Colony just in your direction, you die. Often the enemy doesn't even shoot at you, but at somebody standing 20 meters from you. The worst thing is when my team mate stands outside and i stand inside and am not even shooting. And i still die. This is stupid.
EDIT: C'mon people. Where have you seen grenade launcher shells tracking you? It would be enough if they only killed players near those shells exploding. What's next? Bullets tracking you? That would be nice, according to most of you. What skills do you need for firing The colony?
EDIT 2: BUFF a Primary weapon with tracking bullets, so we can play from the toilette.

1 commentaireLol all these people saying you should jump and you'll be fine. Sure MAYBE the grenades will miss you if you're 8 miles away from a wall, but when the dude firing the colony switches to his primary and shoots you those won't miss. Also people fail to realize that when you double jump you can't fire you're weapons. So yeah There's that strat disproved

1 commentaireThe only think OP in D2 is the typing of whiners trying to play another's game.

No, its not overpowered. Also the shells don't track you. The little bots do, and if you jump, your safe. Bots can't jump

Modifié par TheArtist : 6/1/2018 11:46:22 AMThe Colony isn't overpowered. The US Military is actually working on munitions that work very similarly. Only they don't track you from the ground....they track you from the air, and can autonously select and prioritize targets. The game's rocket launchers have been completely neutered. The lack of proximity detonation severely limits their usefulness in PVP (deliberately)...and makes them very frustrating and inconsistent to use. Plus its immersion-breaking. Here we are.....a society that can fly around space at near-light speed with perfect accuracy. We have rockets that can accurately track our enemies..... ...but we "somehow" can't master the technology behind a PROXIMITY FUSE. A piece of technology that was developed almost a HUNDRED YEARS before guided weapons. Its silly.

4 commentairesJust throw a grenade in front of you and it will stop it. You need 2 shells to kill a single person with full health, if there is someone close to you they will die too.

Modifié par ShaxxCousin : 5/31/2018 9:37:55 AMI don’t think it’s overpowered. It takes two to get a kill. I just think it’s real cheesy that you don’t have to aim at all to get kills. Just point in that general direction and shoot. Some people say “jump” to avoid but that doesn’t always work. Right now, it’s the most scrub weapon in the game imo. At least with Vigilance Wing and Graviton Lance, you have to aim.
-
Be grateful they don't fly. All you gotta do is...jump! I have used it and can prove it does require a direct hit to do more damage.
-
2 commentairesyou say it's OP, then say it doesn't work, which is it? or is it perhaps others can use a weapon better than you, so you think it's OP.
-
1 commentaireNah. You're just using the weapon wrong.

2 commentairesgit scrub, Meg.

4 commentairesYessss. Let's kill D2 more with nerfs. Learn to jump pumpkin.

People like you have ruined my PVE experience.

I mean, its definitely fire and forget and super easy to use. side note: I felt awesome this morning. Got reported for cheating for slaying, and I'm almost 40 years old, so it's not everyday my reflexes work like they should against all these young-bucks... I was using The colony, is why I mention this. 8.33 k/d that match with a 20 kill streak before first death. Don't shoot one shell. You get 4 per heavy snatch and 2 per load. Shoot 2 in the persons direction/direction of the red, and roll out. They will do their job and 2 shells will kill. If you waste one and would have gotten a one shot kill, who cares? You still have 2 more for another guaranteed kill. If you can get in a good rotation of gettting constant heavy, usually from people you murder, you'll go on a tear.
When my Sins of the Past explodes under the enemy's feet, the survive.
Stop using McDonalds wifi to play Destiny.
But when the enemy shoots The Colony just in your direction, you die.
Stop standing still you're killing the grass.
When i use The Colony, nee 2 shells for one kill. But when the enemy uses the same Colony, they kill two of us with full health .
It has always taken 2 unless they are already at low health.
When my Sins of the Past explodes under the enemy's feet, the survive.
You must be missing, by a long way then. Sins is a guaranteed 1 hit kill.
But when the enemy shoots The Colony just in your direction, you die.
It takes 2 hits from range to kill, 1 if you hit directly (which is not easy with a grande launcher), it's a power weapon, why is this a problem? It's also soooo easy to dodge!
-
colony will only one shot with a direct hit.
-
It takes 2 shots for one kill. If your standing next to each other. 2 shots two kills. It’s explodes. Not a bullet but a grenade.
