Well look here, after ID a Christian group against abortion and stopping to get coffee the owner had a moment of pure tolerance and gets angry at them and kicked them out.
They weren’t passing pamphlets, they weren’t causing a scene, the lefty just got triggered and threatened to have gay intercourse in fronted them.
TOLERANCE!

5 commentairesIt seems to me that this isn't about being intolerant of Christians necessarily, since lots of Christians don't share pro life views. Sure, they are Christian, but if they'd been Christian and not handing out nasty leaflets he wouldn't have had an issue. I don't see how they're claiming it's religious discrimination if he's willing to let in Christians that don't hand out leaflets condemning other people.

2 commentairesITT: "If they say they can do it but complain when we do, it's hypocritical, but it's not hypocritical to complain when they do it but say we can do it. It's not ok for anyone to do it, but it's ok for me to do it if it's ok for you to do it, which it's not. You can't do it because I can't do it, and it's hypocritical to say otherwise, which is why I can do it and you can't." Honestly, how is this thread still alive?

6 commentairesLet me get this straight, are you saying he was wrong for refusing service to a Christian? I thought conservatives were all about the right to refuse service to whoever they like?

2 commentairesThe facts in this don't add up. How does the store owner know that he finds the groups views offensive, if they weren't handing out literature in or in front of the store. ...and how did the barrista even know who they were. This smells.

37 commentairesSo? You guys never care when shops refuse to serve homosexual people. Honestly it's a taste of their own medicine. You don't like it? Then advocate both sides, don't just post liberal hate like the other 5 year old conservatives on this site. Plus, it may be a paradox, but the Tolerant left doesn't have to tolerate the intolerant. You're not a genius for that sarcasm.

11 commentairesYou know what’s funny about the Christian baker case is that he actually was going to make the cake for them! The only condition he had was he wasn’t going to put two grooms on top, something literally any person on the planet could do. They could have had the cake made, take off the traditional one and put two grooms on top. Holy shit solving problems is hard!🙄

4 commentairesIn this thread: lots of people discuss the Christian bakers case, even though very few know the actual details of the case or understand the ruling.

1 commentaireY’know, it’s almost like you think everyone on ‘the left’ insists they don’t have any negative emotions or ever act out of turn.
how stupid do you people have to be to call hypocrisy on something that blatantly isn’t true to start with?
-
1 commentaireWow, you found a shitty person on a planet full of them. Do you want a medal?

1 commentaireThe word you're looking for in this situation is "tolerant"
-
1 commentaireJust a reminder that the "tolerant" left is pretty much no better than the "intolerant" right. They're just intolerant in their own way.

5 commentairesLeft handed people are crazy.
-
6 commentairesPretty sure that's a civil rights violation. You can't deny service based on religion.
-
4 commentairesI'm pretty disappointed in you rightists. If the Christian can deny service so can the Gay. You scream about hypocrisy and accept the stupidity of compelling private individuals to provide services to whoever demands it. What do you people believe?
-
1 commentaireI'm so confused with people defending their actions by saying 'the other group does it too' despite condemning them for the same actions. Get your shit together people

2 commentairesModifié par Lordsa Jar-Jar : 10/9/2017 7:26:07 AMFirst thing, it's his coffee shop, right? He has the right to vacate any, or all customer as he sees fit. So on that, that's fine. I know from working in a restaurant that it's a real pain when guests stay past our closing time, and sometimes we just have to tell them to get out. Second, what was that paper he was holding up? Clearing someone in that group drew something pretty offensive for him to react the way he did. I don't like gays, I don't agree with them on almost anything, but this guy wasn't wrong for kicking him them out, as far as I can see. Anyway, those guys should of just left after he started getting upset and not starting arguing about it, let alone post a video online about it. Some Christians they are..
-
2 commentairesApparently service was refused because the owner was offended by the hand-outs the group had been giving out. They depicted an aborted baby and a rainbow, which makes it not surprising at all that the guy would get upset. It wouldn't be a stretch to say that this wasn't an issue of denying service because they were Christian, but I'm sure that will be completely ignored.
-
33 commentairesGood for him , Conservative Christians are the biggest hypocrites. Christ was about love and anyone using God to condemn others can't call themselves true Christians.
-
He has every right to deny them service, it's his business. My concern is how he handled the situation. Not professional at all. A simple, "I'm sorry, but I disagree with what you represent and would not feel comfortable serving you today. Please take your business elsewhere," would have sufficed.
