I pre-ordered Digital Destiny 2 from Best Buy in June. On Wednesday September 6th they gave me a full refund because they did not have digital codes to give out to customers. I had to purchase a new code from game Stop but that code was no-longer a pre-order code so Now I will not receive the pre-order loot that I should be able to obtain. Can someone at bungie please respond and let me know how I can get the loot that I paid for back in June?

I'm sorry to hear about your issues with Best Buy from earlier, but unfortunately, since they refunded the cost for your pre-order and GameStop is unable to provide you with a pre-order code, there's really nothing that can be done. As stated earlier, Bungie does not control the disbursement of pre-order codes.

2 commentairesDear Dr_G2025, Bungie themselves cannot give out codes for the game as they do not control their bonuses after they give them out to companies for generation. Contact GameStop and explain the issue as they can create duplicate codes for you to use. Also, when you finally do get your codes, be sure the content downloads and remember you will have to wait until you reach the Tower social hub to receive your content.
