Theres also a large group that doesnt mind or likes it the way it is in D2.

True, one solution to appease the pvp hardcore gun sweats would be to leave pve charge up rate like D1, then introduce a mayhem and anti mayhem in pvp, everyone wins.

Honestly I dont get it how suddenly everybody played raids etc in D1 because they could chug grenades and supers
