As a sherpa, I attempt to do carries every weekend. Of course some are successful and some or not. Most often than not unsuccessful runs are due to stacked teams. Whether they are running with friends or running with people who found each other on LFG to stomp on kids, stacked teams stop a lot of players from experiencing their first flawless. I get the thinking that "if they're sherpas they should be able to beat good teams....." I have no further comment cause you should automatically see something wrong with that kind of thinking.
All I ask as a Sherpa is that those teams who do choose to run stacked think about all the people who have not gone flawless yet. Going flawless is part of the game, whether they are good players or bad players should not matter. They should be given an opportunity to experience that part of the game. August 11th through the 14th is everyones LAST CHANCE to get some of that sweet, sweet loot that some of us literally have no incentive to obtain.
If you see players who have not gone flawless late on in the card and have an opportunity to leave for them, please do. Every Sherpa that knows what its like to do carries would greatly appreciate it.
Much love Guardians.

1 commentaireTrials is the only thing I've never completed in destiny. Non of my friends play it and LFG seems impossible you lose one game and people quit.

1 commentaireThe state of trials right now doesn't even allow for above average players to get real far. You're always gonna run into stacked teams. The odds of not running into one are slim. There's a few reasons why no one is just gonna step aside for some randoms to play thru. First, streamers and other sherpas are making money. Gonna be tough to no longer have that income for a minute. Second, sweaties are playing one last time too so they have their last moments of glory even though they do it every weekend. Greed has got them. Good luck though. Your greatest feat won't come from beating a stacked team. It'll come from not getting ddosed along the way. I'm sure bungies ban on those people ddosing has already expired, and of course there will be others doing it simply because it's the last weekend. Bungie isn't about to continue to ban accounts with D2 less than a month away. They don't want to lose a single sale.

16 commentairesLast night I went against fully stacked 2200elo plus teams 5 straight games. Was the worst experience ever lol I don't understand someone that has gone 200+ times flawless still plays and actually does it to keep others from going.
-
What about all the teams you've beaten as a sherpa, denying their chance to go flawless as well? Hypocrite.
-
1 commentaireI will never back out of a match or lay down for anybody. If you want that W you got to earn it. I would never ask another team to lay down for me either. I will either earn that W or go down fighting. My pride will not let me do anything else.

Yeah tea bagging this weekend has been terrible
-
Never been flawless cause trails is the worst thing ever made and i just cant stand people saying i suck cause i couldnt beat two guys teaming up on me
-
11 commentairesLiterally never made it to the light house for 2 reasons...☆got ddos on the final match 😑those mf and the game is kinda broken. My team and i never ever make it pass the first 4 wins because of the meta that d1 is in and always has been. Bullshit handcannons and icebreakers 😑and lets not forget some stickies and sidearms. Seems like the only way u can make it is with meta weapons. And the only time we did get close was during Halloween when the biggest crutch of all was removed..radar.

1 commentaireI have never gone flawless :( I have no friends.

1 commentaireGood god I hate that ''Sherpa'' label. It just sounds awfull doesnt it?
-
5 commentairesI tell ya. If you beat any stacked teams on your 9th match please bag..in a very disrespectful manner. They deserve it.
-
If I can't get there myself, I've little interest in being carried. And I can't get there myself.
-
Carry me senpais, notice me please senpai, carry the Taco to a delicious meal in Mercury
-
I could rly use 2 people to form a team for #osiris. I just want to gave a chance to get to the lighthouse. Hmu. Prophet0
-
Nice attempt. But what you ask is the "impossible".
-
As a fellow sherpa the last 2 weekends of trials have all been virgin runs for me. Whether I had a stacked partner or a double carry that went south they all deserve to at least experience some wins. I had one kid excited to just get to 7 and get a gun. I think sherpa run on game 8 and 9 if you have a mercy and they don't just give it to them.

4 commentairesEverybody who wants to go flawless has to work on it and earn their triumph. Yes, iam totally against carries- i hope for Destiny 2 you can go flawless with each character ones a week. And then its locked till reset...
-
Competitive people who get enjoyment out of winning naturally want to play with equal or better players and are playing to do just that, win. They are not going to let a team of less skilled players win just because. From my experience playing with these types of players, their idea is dominate=success.

2 commentairesI'm never going to the light house, aaaaannnnndddd I don't care about the light house.

Modifié par ol azo : 8/10/2017 2:39:59 AMThat was pretty nice sounding. But Bungie already said Trials isn't for casuals or something along those lines. I've never been flawless, and never had anyone above a .8 overall to play trials with, but I have pretty good stats. Just not good trials stats lol. Kind of want to go flawless just for the ornaments, they look amazing. But anyway, I don't really think casuals should go into Trials thinking they have the right to go flawless. This is a competitive environment, I don't think people that are good should stay out for something they enjoy just for people in the wrong playlist. That said, I'm not against solos, duos, or carries as long as they aren't paid. I can agree with the carrier, but not the carried lol if that makes sense. If you want a challenge, go for it. If it's intended for hardened players, then it is. I know it sounds harsh and unfair, but seriously. Just go into elimination and forget the fancy trials gear.
-
1 commentaireI haven't played trials since PS4 but if someone on X1 needs help you can add/message me. Myself and another good player shouldn't have an issue getting you there as long as you listen and contribute.
-
Good riddance to that dumpster fire of a game mode
-
I need 2 people to help me compete in Osiris. I haven't even had a chance to play it and I need friends to help me just play it. Hmu if you like. Prophet0

1 commentaireAlso depends what you call stacked. I usually run with people around my Elo level (1600-1800) and we manage to beat godly teams carrying one scrub. Does that make us stacked? I'd never have called us stacked.
-
13 commentairesWow. This is the most liberal thing I've ever read on this forum. If anything more competitive players are going to play on that weekend to enjoy the last trials. Everyone has to earn their right to the lighthouse. As a "Sherpa" you shouldn't have a problem with that. Let alone ask that good players not play that weekend.

Let me get that crispy DoS
