It's simply true
The graphics are better
The open world is bigger and looks better
It has more events and feels more alive
Weapon roll RNG is somewhat gone (less grinding)
The crucible is so much more balanced and based on teamwork and gun skill
The game actually has a story, ghauls first lines are better than everything in vanilla destiny
The only thing that I feel like is lacking is super recharge in pve, but with the longer mission structure I am getting 3 supers per activity.
Seriously I want to hear if anyone can form a legitimate argument on what destiny 1 does better than destiny 2 because I can't find any

7 commentairesThat's your opinion. All you have to do is read a few more posts to get a different opinion. So by definition it is subjectively better.

2 commentairesWhat's amusing is that people are crying about movement speed issues when Armor now determines your mobility. If you want to be faster, wear armor with more Mobility and pick the mobility upgrades. Just don't cry if you get killed a lot faster because of it.

1 commentaireYou have no clue how big d2 is, or anything about the patrols

1 commentaireModifié par UndeadZen : 7/22/2017 12:56:40 AMMovement, power recharge, gun play these are things this beta lacked destiny was fast paced but not like Cod movement, Destiny was unrestricted supers feel like well supers, and there were more options to create a build ala Diablo with the use of exotics, for example, void lock with bad juju and obsidian mind a nova bomb power house, destiny 2 however movement is terrible primary gunfights in PvE not PVP are boring, the reason I say this has to do with ammo attrition, and enemy sponging. I say this game lacks options in customizing your guardian, is due to both the open and locked skill trees that kind of pigeon hole you in a certain build, without the freedom to experiment in destiny one. One thing I do hope Bungie does better with destiny 2 is the addition of content to satisfy both player bases because I always feel the expansions to be well bare bones in terms of content,

10 commentairesprimary guns in D1 feel better. That's my argument.

5 commentairesD1 beta was bigger.

1 commentaireModifié par ΜΟΛΩΝ ΛΑΒΕ : 7/21/2017 10:45:03 PMI agree with you on points; not all of them. You know how opinions are. Blah blah blah
-
17 commentairesI'll give you one thing on that list that is confirmed and not an opinion. Past that it's a bit misleading to call it objectively better.

13 commentairesModifié par More Cowbell : 7/21/2017 9:03:15 PMYour arguments are not valid. Feel free to repost when you play the actual release of Destiny 2. Opinions are not facts.

9 commentairesIt feels unique and different than other shooters. More grenades, more super abilities, faster paced action, and scout rifles are actually worth a damn
not saying I don't like destiny 2 beta, but it feels a little mediocre in comparison
3 commentairesI loved the first part of Omnigul. I would equip Bad Juju and nightstalker and we would chain supers. It was a gas. In fact, the strikes which were the most fun were the ones that let you chain supers. They have removed what is the most fun part of the game. I was more supers, I want to feel like an overpowered avenger... Bungie have been taking the fun out of the game since TDB

1 commentaireWhile I agree with you, you shouldn't have put this here, as it's just a salt attractor.

I agree on the graphics but after playing the beta it's horrible. I can't stand the new weapon system. At this point I wish this was just an expansion for Destiny 1 so the core system would still be the same.

10 commentaires
The open world is bigger and looks better It has more events and feels more alive
Considering we haven't seen the open world yet how would you know?
-
3 commentairesIt's a loot based game and you're happy they toned down the grinding? I don't think you understand the genre at all.
-
6 commentairesGrinding was the fun part of destiny... actually grinding for a GOOD WEAPON.. thats why y1 was so fun is because every gun was good... the main reason destiny had a lot of play time
-
I'm glad god roll searching is gone. That being said I'm not satisfied with the whole intrensic perk for weapons. It still means people will attempt to get that specific gun. I'd much rather they have let us use duplicate guns to improve our gun some how. or maybe let us use them to make progress towards a shader for the gun.

1 commentaireAll this talk about "gun skill" is counter to the consensus that team shooting is what determines the outcome of most gunfights in D2. Seems this is not what "gun skill" is meant to represent or describe and is being used to unjustifiably claim that D2 is "better" in that regard conveniently ignoring the fact that more of these "gun fights" are occurring because abilities have been artificially limited due to longer charge times.
