I just hope they increase the light level cap to make it easier for people to get the equipment because I have a feeling they are going to try "our recommended light us 390 but all enemies are light 400" BS. Also, I hope they don't have "The World's First" thing too in order to make everyone who completes the revised Raids special.

Well, Keeping it at 400 means that only the elite people can complete the updated Raids. It seems the Bungie does not want any of us to get rank 7 in the new book. Also, I think that means that the new Raids equipment is probably going to be extremely OP.

It is the youtubers and streamers that post "1-Man Raid Boss" or "World's First Raid clear" and show with their nasty attitude and disregard and their exclusive group of friends that only play together. It will make me sick if Bungie does the World's first clear again since I think it might be rigged.

My friend who only plays on weekends for a couple hours is about 390 so it's not as difficult as many people might say.

I only play on weekends and am 400 on two characters so he doesn't have an excuse

I imagine a small part of the community is less 400 its. Or hard to get there be honest

And when it gives recommended light level it's because the hardest encounter will be 390 not 400

There is no light level increase they stated that in the first stream light level remains at 400 which I'm fine with raids aren't suppose to be easy and obtaining the gears not supposed to be easy either.

You can bet your ass that there will be World's First hype for the revised raids. However, they won't EXACTLY be World's First as we know how the basic mechanics of each raid. Sure, the Challenge mechanics will be new but I don't think Bungie will give credit on the completion.
