Since Atheon is Returning, can we Please give him the music he deserves?
There was a thread like this back in year 1, and I'm gonna bring it back!
If you don't already know, this is the current Atheon theme:

Let's all agree and say this theme is alright. It's not memorable, but it suits the moment well enough.
My suggestion? Replace it with one of the greatest tracks in Destiny: [b]Untold Legends[/b]

This track is breathtaking. It represents everything about Year 1 in a mere 3 minutes. It takes elements from a bunch of other Destiny tracks and turns it into something amazing.
As far as I'm aware, this track does not play ingame for some reason, making it perfect for Atheon.
Hell, why not recreate the song, adding elements from the Rise of Iron theme and Taken King theme? That would suit the Age of Triumph idea even more!
I know this will likely never happen, as Age of Triumph has already been created and is just waiting to be put into the live servers, but wouldn't it be so cool if Bungie added this in as a last minute thing?

Ha I didn't even realize I have like 3k subscribers to my channel LOL! I should start making content myself. Anyway I like this track it sounds epic! That would be neat to have it for Atheon!

The sound/music team at Bungie are phenomenal. The aksis theme at the end of the raid is my absolute favorite in a game

This one time it was raining really heavy and I was in the backseat of my friends car on the freeway. I was in control of the AUX and I decided to play the Sepiks Prime song. Needless to say that song made everything like ten times more intense and I had to turn it off before we crashed ourselves.

1 commentaireI think The Black Garden soundtrack was one for the books. At 3.36 and 5.03 the tracks change and the elements of the battle come through. The music really takes you into the moment and I haven't been enveloped in the music of Destiny since they overhauled the soundtrack for the Sepiks Perfected Strike.

The music choice aside having it come in during the damage phase as the music in Aksis's fight does would be much better. Having the music layer based on game state, player actions, and setting is something they were always good at. Unfortunately this isn't always the case in the game.

I would prefer Eye of the Gate Lord...the voice chorus is epic as hell
