How to Balance Trials and Make it Great Again

Hi everyone (specifically Bungie), Are you tired of getting to 9 wins and getting matched against carry ELO's 4K above your own? Tired of actually trying to get to the lighthouse only to be stopped by players who pair with lower ELO's specifically to stop hard grinding players (like yourselves) from getting to the lighthouse? Even tired of reading how Super-Sayan-God-Super-Sayan Elite streamers brag about them getting 8 wins; scrapping their card and doing it just to block your trip to the lighthouse? There is an answer (o.O @ Bungie still)... There is something called an Average... Hear me out. > Why not use a Trials team's Average ELO as the basis to find a match? >> Then set a parameter of ±100 ELO from the average of the fire team? Obviously start with a ±1 ELO then expand to a maximum of ±100 ELO. If no good Match is found... >>> Then expand the allowable ping time a little and start the ELO search difference again to keep the closest Average ELO followed by the lowest ping for an optimum latency? What happens is the are players with ELO of 1,267 who pair with a 1,745 and the ringer of 2,189. They hop in against a team of 1,365 a 1,434 and a 1,503. This match up goes on game 8 or 9 and the 2,189 ELO player skunks the other team single-handedly; t-bags as you watch 1 player claim ultimate victory (proof he was carried in an adult sleeping bag) and they depart before the scores post. More than likely, a player who probably didn't deserve to step foot on the lighthouse grounds now made it 7 times because said person fits in an 2K+ ELO's ruck sack. According to Averages Carry-Team's average ELO is: 1,733 Legitimate Trials Team's Average is: 1,434 I doubt the odds of the Carry-Team would be very good if they had to play against 3 1,733 ELO Players. Why not create an Allowed Average ELO search window to no more than ±100 ELO so that it is HARDER for a 2K+ ELO streamer to carry a ruck sack or just to make it harder for them to prance around thier Trials Card, only to discard it at 8 wins to keep ruining legitimate lighthouse runs??? If not an ELO search, than a new ranking system specific to trials that infinitely goes up in rank and then average the Fire-Team's rank the same way that was described above? I.E.: Player Wins 2 matches in a row, +1 rank Player Loses 2 matches in a row, -1 rank Player's rank is set to "probationary" period after 1 loss, 2 consecutive wins get player out of "probationary" period and 3rd win +1 rank. With an infinite number of rank levels, Super-Sayan-God-Super-Sayan Elite Streamers will fight to be the world's highest rank and give a truer sense of matching and accomplishment; deterring them from trying to risk a loss of try are matched against a closely averaged team to their Trials rank who would stop their weakest link and converge as a team. I'd love to hear what the community has to say so please leave a comment, we need to get as much traffic as possible to get the hard-working Dev-Teams' attention in this matter. Doctah-Dave out.
