Hakke weapons need to be tuned BIG TIME
They all suck. Especially the pulse rifles. Use herja-d for example. It has horrible stability and range, and no proper perks to even fix this.
The hand cannons have horrible range and one of the worst recoil patterns I've ever seen.
Look at the stats and you will see that no one uses them.
Edit: I just picked up a god roll lyudmila-d with counterbalance and hand laid stock. The gun still kicks like crazy and is difficult to control. The pulse rifle needs a base stability boost.

10 commentairesHakke Hand Cannons typically have very high Accuracy stats. But their downside is that they have fast drop off damage and slightly higher recoil. They do have great perk selection consisting of accuracy perks. Hakke Pulse Rifles allow for more bullets be missed in a burst and not be penalized. They usually come with higher mag sizes and better perk options to choose from than normal pulse rifles. Hakke Sidearms are the best Sidearms. They use hitscan instead of firing energy projectiles that have to travel a distance. This greatly enhances your range options, but they usually have fast damage drop off. Hakke Auto Rifles tend to have better Range and Perk options. They have a lot of stability and range perks all on with the better half of enhancement perks. Hakke Shotguns usually have great Accuracy perks as well as enhancement perks. This works great as Accuracy groups the pellets tighter acting like a slight shot package. Hakke weapons aren't bad, they're just different. They focus more on Perk Choices rather than perfecting weapon stats. If you would prefer to have a gun worth a good chance of rolling god tier perks, choose a hakke. If you're looking for a sidearm, choose a hakke. Hakke can be a great choice for Weapons because with their right perks, you can do very good against other weapons.

The Lyudmilla is far worse than the Herja. At least the Herja is workable. Lyudmilla practically requires two perks to be usable, and even then, a bad sight will make it suck (hakke sights blow)

They don't suck. I use Herja-D and Apple of Discord quite often and they always perform really well. Herja-D has one of the highest base stability stats on any pulse rifle in its archetype and Apple of Discord the best combination of range and stability. Counterbalance works wonders for Hakke pulse rifles like it does everything else but if you add either Fitted Stock or Hand Laid Stock with it and it's a laser. Zero stability issues.

8 commentairesI believe the reason we see higher recoil patterns, and crap stability percs on these pulses, is because they all throw an extra round down range. The Apple of Discord vendor roll at the beginning of Y2 has been the best Häkke pulse I've used so far. I would like to see one with the hawksaw archetype, but I know it'd be squirrely af. As for the hand cannons... I'd rather not. Thanks anyway, Banshee.

I weep for the Hakke pulse rifles. You have these weapons with great aesthetics and their own unique mechanic only to get thrown onto the pile of weapons that are mediocre thanks to Bungie's PvP nerf fetish.

No doubt even there auto rifles if they don't have the just perfect roll are garbage. Have had 4 Arminius but none with perfect balance or any balance perks for that matter making it next to useless
