You can do it at your current light level with a good team. Idiots who say 370+ are the same tryhard losers who said Oryx couldn't be done on hard unless you were 320+ (I beat hard mode my first time at 311). This raid is NO WHERE near as difficult as Oryx. Once you know the mechanics, you're good. When you see them post, laugh at them and keep it moving.
