Can we buff ammo capacity back to its former glory? (In PvE)
So I just got The Swarm last night. Finally. One of my favorite legendary MGs... and then I died a little inside when I realized, with heavy ammo boots on, I could hold 88 rounds. That's it.
Bruh....
Edit: Seems like 99.9% of you guys are on board! (Well. For PvE. But let's be real. Everyone knew that this was a PvE post ;) )
Make heavy ammo great again!!!
Also. Stop bending PvE over and doing naughty things to it to "benefit" PvP. Please. I'd heart the hell out of that.

In year one I had an MG18A with counterbalance and field scout. 100 round drum and 300 in reserve. Damn I miss that thing, now there's no reason not to use a sword or SS in PVE. Everything else is worthless. Rockets aren't what they were either. One rocket per brick for a max of 4 unless you have boots! Yay, I feel so powerful!

Snipers need their ammo back now With the damage reduction to high impact snipers in the latest update, wouldn't giving us our ammo back compensate a little?

I used to have a sniper chest, with machine gun boots, but now that ammo capacity was nerfed for both weapons, I'm all sniper. The Queens hmg that has the highest impact of machine guns can only 52! The Zombie Apocalypse / Barons Ambition archetype is great though, holding about 122 rounds with nothing for it. That's a nice substitute.

For PvE yeah, that'd be amazing. Bungie would probably also buff it for PvP though and then be like "we've been listening so here you go!" and then ruin the crucible.

2 commentairesI once had an Machine gun Quite a gnarly one at that It's name really fit- The Culling Aggressive ballistics Surplus (500+ bullets per pack) Field scout (150 in the mag, 750 in reserve) Spray and play Maximum rate of fire And most important of all 1 single, solitary, point of stability. That plus ruin wings were 👌👌👌👌

I miss my prestige IV it had a 150 round clip and 450 total bullets that thing was a bullet hose monster, oracles were never easier than with that puppy back in the day

Pve could do with being a little harder anyway. It was far too easy with 23 snipes, mag after mag if machine gun and upto 8 truth rockets.

I've never liked sniper rifles but I actually got a good one to drop a week or so ago and I switched the perk on my boots to give me more snipers ammo... it gave me 1 extra round... one. Extra. Round. On my titan I have ever two shotgun ammo perks active and with lord of wolves I get a ton of extra ammo but every normal shotgun I get 3 or 4 extra rounds.. with TWO ammo perks active. It's a freaking joke. The only explanation for this is to balance pvp but I don't play pvp and it hurts really hard in pve. Wtf bungie.

Yes please!!! Imagine 20 Sleeper Simulant shots or 10 Truth Rockets. They probably would never do that, but just imagine...
