So, tons of people really want some more vault space. Their Vault of Glass, Crota's End, or Year 1 treasures are what are taking so much space in the vault, but who wants to delete those? Those were moments of triumph; getting the Vex Mythoclass, earning a full set of The Dark Below gear, and keeping all of the elemental Trials primaries. So how can you get rid of the worthless, yet memorable items? Easy, move them to a showcase.
The showcase would simply be a room that your guardian can buy for glimmer (since we all have too much of that) that can be customized. You could choose to buy a room that overlooks The Last City, or one that is down near research labs of unknown objects, or an apartment underneath the shadow of the Traveller. Inside of these rooms could be stuff your guardian would use; beds, chairs, etc. But the main part would be shadowboxes, mounts on the wall, and mannequins. In shadowboxes or mantels you could put all of your favorite weapons on show. For the mannequins, they could be in poses like the replica guardians Bungie sells. You could equip armor and weapons to them, and behold the beauty of your old Iron Banner Gear with your favorite weapons equipped.
Guardians could share their rooms with their friends, a way to brag about their past accomplishments or to relax as you wait for the rest of your friends to join your raid party. The rooms could be customizable decor-wise, allowing a new vendor to sell things, offer quests to earn new objects, and even everybody's favorite idea, Eververse, could have some random stuff to purchase (Bungie likes their cash).
So what do you guys think? Would you like this? Should it be a super cheap DLC, like Fallout's contraption kit? Should it be implemented into the upcoming Destiny 2? What improvements or suggestions do you have?

They already have the answer, a kiosk. Why not add an extra one for raid drops? Weapons would be easy, armor though would be a little harder because they drop differently.
