It's just as the article you posted said..... KF is very role oriented if they dont know which subclass to use and what to do when then it's gonna be a bad time However this is a game and there's something they can play that they haven't yet and all they care is to get enough people and try have some fun! Bungie obviously wanted to make a raid more difficult than VOG/CE but in doing so probably left out a lot of the moderate to causal players and they are gonna go back to less role based raids
