[b][i]"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." [/i][/b] Meaning that we can own [b]WEAPONS[/b] and become part of a Militia (One which was disbanded at least a century ago) to overthrow the government should they gain an overreach and/or fail to police and defend our nation. While I fully understand that the Supreme Court ruled that owning firearms is our constitutional right and that guns don't just kill people, they were never an explicit right. Besides, even if Revolutionaries started a new Militia, that AR-15 will do you as much good as a spoon if the government comes rolling around with Attack Helicopters.
