Make a grimoire card for Ecthar Sword of Oryx!
The dude pops up in the freaking cutscenes looking all shiny with a sword made out of hive light and talks to Oryx like his right hand man. Then we never see him again until we kill him in our exotic sword questline. Even then the dude looks awesome and you face him off with your blade man to worm. This guy deserves a freaking grimoire card people! Give an upvote and let Deej know!

I am so glad that there are other people that are as bothered by the fact that he doesn't have a grimoire card as I am, I really want to know more about the lore behind this really unique looking boss. Also we need cards for the unique knights in Crota's End and for the Splicer enemies.

All 3 of the wardens in that mission should have grimoires, but Ecthar deserves one for sure

He should've been a strike and his sword should have been a drop. Maybe keep him as a world boss, make his sword a drop anyways.

3 commentairesA few Enemy Subdivisions don't have cards either: Aphix Invasive (Vex) The Silent Brood (Hive) Ice Reapers (Cabal) The Aphix Invasive are found in PoE and in other random spots in VoG and Mars, The Silent Brood guard Darkblade (throughout the Strike), and the Psion Flayers are members of the Ice Reapers.

35 commentairesYes, please. Not just Ecthar, every named enemy should get one too. Xyor, the Unwed. All of the Taken Champions in Patrol, the Templar that you fight in the Sunless Cell strike. I am a creative writing major and I would love to see more grimoire. I bet that the writers for Destiny would love to write the background on these enemies too.
