Shade step is a Crutch
Nuff said. If you don't think so then you're blind
My beef with shade step is not shade step it self but how how much it's capable of. It can stay but it's needs tuning because it's ruins gun fights and the momentum of the game.

It's fine, these endless nerfs are becoming this games downfall. They can be killed mid shadestep and it can't be spammed.

All I see is people complaining about one thing or another and "art" for the bungie weekly updates. To wrap this up a good player will always adapt no matter the conditions, After all the nerfs I have endured I am still here slaying with good stats to back it up. Even if I end up being nerfed to the point where I have to use a showering towel to fight? I'll camp around corners and wait for someone to walk by so I can choke them out with said towel. Then let me guess? Too many hiding spots, Make maps more open to eliminate this camping issue.

LOL!! Oh look! Another "crutch" genius who has decided X is for people with no 'skill'. So then, that should mean you yourself have not used 'meta' weapons or classes or abilities.

6 commentairesHow often do you actually see someone using it effectively in gunfights and not just as an escape route? Not often. The people that panic shade step most likely shade step into another of your teammates and die anyways, but people who use it to its full potential are the ones you should worry about. Like every other ability in other subclasses. Ie. Throwing knife, shoulder charge, invis, energy drain, everything about the defender. You could argue that every subclass is over powered but there will always be points against it. You could also say that shotguns are a crutch but rushing in with an invis Hunter and wiping a 3 man team alone doesn't just happen. I. An see where you're coming from with shade step but there are people who just can't use it and/or are trying to learn to use it effectively. Not sure if all of this was quite on topic but now that I got that out of my system I feel much better now, thank you :)
