He means crazy target acquisition. Not aim assist. And when he says the bullet goes exactly where you want it he means it has no travel delay, unlike hammers or novabomb...etc. There ya go. Don't be so damn literal.

Because he didn't take it literally. And aim assist slows down your reticle when over an enemy.
