During previous Iron Banners my drops have been quite random, both frustratingly but also (in some cases) quite satisfying to have something other than the generic fall. During the current IB between Level 1 and Level 5 I received (approximately, for my Titan): 6 x boots (319 to 327) 6 x marks (323 to 330) 6 x Hatchets (319 to 327) Since reaching level 5, my drop rate appears to have decreased - although now I appear to be periodically dropping Iron Shells (at least 4 so far) - and still only getting the same 3 main items otherwise. While I understand the logic of the change to remove normal legendaries from the list, it would have been a better action to include some of the new Year 2 Vanguard versions of guns (such as the Shadow Price). As it currently stands everyone playing the Iron Banner is being saturated with such a narrow band of items (most of which are just fodder for levelling up other gear) that once you have reached level 5 this time around there wont be much need to play Iron Banner at any subsequent interval other than to grab whatever unique weapon is on offer (a weapon that, I might add, you could just buy) until everyone has each IB item and incrementally levelled their gear to the maximum. tldr; IB should drop more than just what is for sale in order to ensure that there is variety and excitement and a reason to play past Rank 5.
