Yes they can but the amount of things they have to do for it makes it useless as f*ck. I believe they need a The Ram + Radiant Skin and a Armor piece which increases armor on a solar based subclass.. so it is basically the one shot bullet in hawkmoon back in the day... unrelevant.

You forgot they need a full armor build. People always complain about these builds but they suck. They are way too heavy for practical use. Then again hunters insist on no armor builds so I guess every class has its special people.

Yeah it's just not worth it why would you build specifically to survive a golden gun shot

Exactly... Let that hunter have it.. he used a super for it... and most of them just shoot the first 2 into the void.

IKR Hahahha I had 2 golden gun hunters today standing outside a building I popped my head out every 2 seconds and they wasted all their shots then I walked out and fusion grenaded them they were mmaaaadd
