If there are to be changed to rewards it shouldn't just reflect itself in one mode, in this case SRL.
I came bottom of the board in iron banana earlier today(mostly cause I suck) and got some 334 boots.
Came top a game or two later got jack, not even a mote of light.
I'd be happy with either of your suggestions [b][u]but[/u][/b] only if it is reflected in the rest of the crucible game type rewards I.e. Top of the board gets the best rewards.

I agree, top of the board should always get something good. In Iron Banner it would be as simple as guaranteeing top three in a fireteam a legendary item in addition to their rng roll.
