When is it most sensible to report someone?
When taking into consideration the amount of offensive material there is on the Internet, when is it sensibke to report a guy or girl?

I don't. I find it to be a cheap way to get back at someone. It's basically an option for people who are too dumb to argue competently to silence another persons opinion. I think the ninjas are far too liberal with the way they hand out bans, and there is clearly some amount of bias in their choices.
