Dead Ghost on Chalice Strike
I'm not sure if any you found this but if you haven't. The dead ghost us easily found bia the tunnel you go through at the end beforr heading towards malok. Its at the exit of the tunnel inside by the right, just there on the side.

Edit 1: The ghost is not new, there are 4 in the area. Most likely about the traveler and such. But for all you Y2 players. Check put below for some links to get that grimoire up if you so desire.

There is also one in the Prison of elders in a bag when you go Down to the treasure room

There's also one above the tunnel entrance. Its kind of a pain in the ass to get to, id recommend checking a youtube vid for an explation/visual on location.
