Opinions on new bill restricting trans people's abilities
In North Carolina, the governor recently signed a bill not allowing for trans people to go into the bathrooms they identify as but instead having to go into their biological sex bathrooms.
Thoughts, opinions?

Forcing trans people to go into the bathroom of their "birth gender" would actually create more problems then letting them use the bathroom they identify as. More men will be uncomfortable if a guy in a dress with fake tits walks in while their at the urinal. More women will be uncomfortable seeing a "man" with facial hair, etc. coming into the ladies room. Some trans people you can't even tell their respective sex unless you're looking at their genitalia.

I genuinely don't see the appeal in using public bathrooms, I for one wouldn't go anywhere near one of those filthy shitholes, and just hold it in until I get home

If a trans girl wanted to use the girls bathroom,I wouldn't have a problem with it.It's all stalls in there so nobody is seeing anyone's genitals anyway. If a guy wants to assault someone in the women's bathroom they don't need to pretend to be trans to do it.Nothing is stopping them from just walking in and assaulting someone.

2 commentairesIt's a good start, but it should have clause in it for gay people, who should use the opposite-sex bathroom. Black people and Muslims should also get their own designated stall and not be allowed to contaminate the other parts of the bathroom. Also, there should be metal detectors and a drug-sniffing dog. Safety first.

It doesn't just do that. It also takes out all anti discrimination laws and makes it impossible for any municipalities to make any anti discrimination law. You can now refuse some one business due to their race, religion, gender, culture, or sexual orientation. Hate crimes are no longer a thing in NC. If that's not -blam!-ed up I don't know what is

You don't identify as anything. You are either a boy or a girl. And you can't change that.

They should go to the restroom that corresponds with their gender. Just because some dude wears a dress and feels like he's a woman doesn't mean he should be able to use a woman's bathroom if he still has a dick. The same is true for women as well.

11 commentairesOur school has a club named GSA, the gay-straight alliance. They want to build unisex bathrooms in our school. I'm pretty sure that we have at the most 2 trans people, 0 that have gone through a sex change operation.
