Why buy these things if they're not going to do their job. You can spend 5, 10, or even all of your 3oC's and get nothing.

I remember when getting an exotic meant something, you actually got excited. Now it's just "Hey, another Zhalo, I'll throw it in the Vault with the twenty other Zhalos I got on the first day it was available to earn"

I vote completely remove them. It ruined the incentive to do endgame activities. Why would you when you can pop a coin and get exotic's on patrol?

Idk, I never got an exotic besides buying one from Xur, so I really don't have a voice in this. Anyhow I say get a new way to get exotics.

4 commentairesI use it during trials and it works few times. Most time, I wait if I am ahead over enemies score rounds then use 3oC.

There are other ways to earn exotics. Exotic chest in KF. Nightfall. Weekly Crucible reward. ToO silver/gold packages. ToO flawless chest. And if your looking for Y1 exotics, you have 4 raid CPs and PoE. Then there's Xur. And don't act like you're not getting exotics from 3oCs, those things make exotic collecting 10x easier than in Y1 when all you had were raids and nightfalls.

Funny, I bought 15 from Xur and I got 7 exotics... Luck on point

I like having that extra "chance" to get an exotic. Yes, they are frustrating in their randomness, but they have provided me with plenty of exotics. Long dry spells (am in one now) are balanced by that rare double drop and hot streaks. Now, if Xur expanded his inventory to include more selections, then I guess I would be okay with 3oC going away.

Get rid of three of coins and buff exotics from raid and nightfall

When they do work I only get armor or heavy weapon engrams.

I think it works fine. I usually get a 1 one-in-five to 1 in 7 drop rate. so my Exotics are costing me about 7 strange coins cheaper than what xur sells them for . They also come at a 290 light not a 280 light level

Before 3oc we could only get exotics from nightfall, rarely from specific raid chests and lighthouse, and very rarely from strike or crucible rewards. Now you can still get it from all those, along with 3oc giving you a chance for every ultra dropping you an engram. Before 3oc were nerfed they made exotic farming just plain silly, the way they are now is just fine.

I seem to be OK with them, reckon it is about 1 in 7 chance and I use them in most game types where relevant. Mostly a mix of items but seems to be more armour at the moment with heavies

1 commentaireIve give up on them i buy 10 every week for our lass to use in strikes and i usually get one maybes 2 if im really lucky last weekend i got none from the 10. They need a slight buff and a fix to give you the appropriate gear for the character ur using i got sick of getting hunter or titan gear wen im using a warlock
