I played almost the same amount and didn't get anything just like you
Drop rate for weapons is insane low like 1/75 games great job bungie

I did get a couple of lower level sniper rifles, one with 'life support' and 'hot swap' that I infused to 294, the other with horrible perks. And the 316 Nirwen's Mercy, in my rank 5 package; it's like my 310 PDX-41 with more stability and 3 more rounds (but with half the range), so it wasn't a total loss.
