Does anyone here use fusion rifles in pvp?
Havent seen anyone using one for a while. I use them in every match. Just look at my stats and youll see

Thesan is fun. Ridiculous range, tight pattern.

I chose the Long Far Gone over the Conspiracy my first run through in TTK, got it up to 310 and that thing melts. Mostly use it in rumble though anymore. Susanoo is pretty good too.

One of my Trials team members uses Telesto for every match... people can't even deal with it.

I've started using the Iron Banner fusion more. I dig it.

splitshift pro, telesto, the iron banner one are decent.. a change from the regular pace but, not that often.. to be competative it seems you need to either rock a sniper and tlw or a shotgun and pulse or auto rifle..

I have a pretty filthy thesan from the gunsmith that I like. It reminds me a lot of trolley problem which was my go to back in the day.

I actually ran Telesto in the last IB. I'm completely average at pvp, so ran Telesto to keep my kd up. Tons of postmortem medals!

I used one to complete a gunsmith test weapon. The test one is pretty painful in terms of travel time

2 commentairesGot to level 2 in gunsmith on warlock today(second char) because I am trying to get tlaloc. I decide to get Susanoo while I can, because why not. I never really was a fusion rifle guy... But went to my vault, and pulled out the Ashraven's flight. I went down to patrol on Venus, because that place has the best spawn areas to do field tests, or glimmer farm, or get pve bounties done. So I just go up to sone unsuspecting fallen, and I let loose the first burst. The burst that started it all. "Hey, that's pretty good!" "You have a talent! We can make the best kills out of this!" I loved getting those kills. It felt powerful, taking out an enemy, and having it tear through, another, even getting triple kills off one burst. I got the susanoo, and haven't switched off it the whole time. I started to love fusion rifles again!

Pretty much every match - I don't find most shottys to be that entertaining, there are enough snipers, lol - and to your excellent point, FR's tend to surprise short-mid engagements with their reach and stopping power. I've never checked my stats - but I would reckon that they would show Susanoo pretty high on the list. I've also been using Ashraven's and Thesan effectively as well. I really need to go buy the Dead Orbit fusion, simply because its the only FR I've seen with a perfect 100 damage bar.
