This isnt me being salty, im not calling for nerfs. all you need is the exotic that grants you shadestep then take keen scout. boom, you now have a immunity frames active dodge, as well as limited wall hacking. on top of that you can obscure vision and go invisible yourself. I will admit that there super and there grenades are not OMG AMAZING, but i honestly feel those 3 perks (exotic required to have all 3) do something no other class can. give information to the player=keen scout...i didnt know this was a thing until i saw it in a video and my jaw dropped, most people overlook something like this, but its massive in pvp, any engagement that doesnt immediatley result in death for you or the opponent, you now have a massive leg up on. If i know it was a nightstalker that shot me, i WILL NOT come back around the corner, at least not immediately, and an aggressive nightstalker wont just wait until the opponent comes out, they can use it and tag that player before they get anywhere...and the ability to reliably pre-fire knowing your about to hit them...just so good. take information away=smoke bomb, yes there are scopes that highlight enemy targets, but the smoke isnt the only factor...its the perk that lets you go predator style invisible. combined with the smoke you basically vanished, able to come around another flank or different lane of fire and basically win the engagement (i wouldnt use it and run up to the target with a shotgun, ive seen that, dumb, just use a sniper or your primary...win) a dodge with IMMUNITY FRAMES, yes it requires timing, doesnt matter, immunity frames? freaking...amazing. ive seen good nightstalker dodge tons of things that any other character at all woulda died ten times over. Now other classes have nice pvp perks too...but they are not like this. no other class can get the ability to both gain information (keen scout) and take away information (invisiblity) along with what amounts to a more effective blink, that isnt tied to there jump, and is capable of going in different horizontal directions. suffice it to say ill be making nightstalker my next character once i get that exotic piece.
