As long as the size of any players wallet isn't directly letting them become a "better" player by buying their way to it then no one should have such a hassle over this. Contradicting it's grind for gear process would make absolutely no sense.

It already is Bungie already admitted no DLC year 2 just micro-transaction funded events. This game has run its course. You will not see anything until Destiny 2. Judging how this first year went I will buy the complete Destiny 2 at a fraction of the cost year 4.

Their plan for this has been in place for some time now. Whether or not you buy silver isn't going to change anything. I'm buying it because I want to support the expansion of the SRL. When the live team comes out with something I don't like, I won't support that. If not a single person bought silver, they still wouldn't come out with a big DLC. That ship has sailed so just have fun with year 2 the best you can until Destiny 2.

I think it is sad that we pay for the game and A LOT of us have spent $150+ on it yet they want us to buy content in the game. To me game content should be included in the price you paid for the game up front. Think of it this way there are people willing to pay more for the emotes in the game than the game even costs now.

What also sucks is that you can buy a random old emote but you have a chance at getting one you already own, that shot is straight up legalized gambling.

8 commentairesMy question is, when halo 5 introduced micro transactions, people defended it. But when Destiny has micro transactions, people hate it so much. I'm not saying that it's ok, I'm just curious about why.

The racing is really, and I mean REALLY bad. I just played the same map 6 times in a row. I know there are only 2. But it not fun enough to play for the next 3 weeks. I'm kind bored already.

Bungie saying yr.2 won't have DLC and will be implementing "free" live team activities instead" I'm not pleased at all. It seems like "here are some activities to do that most people will use silver to participate in, and no actual PVE content". I didn't buy the game to race sparrows or run around wearing a mask that ultimately does nothing.

Personally, if this is what Destiny is coming to, I won't be purchasing Destiny 2. I play this game for the raids, the best content in first person shooters. Not stupid limited events like this.
