RAID, TRIALS & NIGHTFALL MATCHMAKING PLEASEE
How many guardians have tried jumping in a raid but got kicked before even seeing the raid only because you're a stranger? Wats the point of LFG app when 75 percent of the game modes matchmakes? Doesnt it seem pointless? People can't just join the raid anymore like Crota days because now you will get kicked instantly if no one knows you and u just jump in. so why not create matchmaking for all the guardians who qualify for the raids nightfalls etc? all of the games modes that actually give decent gear (raid, trials) require some form of fireteam but how is 1 to progress beyond the light if no one is willing to accept their journey? bump for matchmaking! & also why is it that revived guardians are briefly granted immunity but they can still damage the attacker ? How long would a lone guardian take to rank up if he could only get good gear during the Iron Banner? At least make it an option to matchmake and if you dont want strangers in your shít then just run a private fücking party Tighten up Bungie

No. Just no. This raid requires a ton of communication and NO ONE uses mics to talk in matchmaking. Pug groups of match made teams in trials would run into the same problem and then there would be even more complaining than there already is. Not too mention that it would tone down the level of competition. Night falls are the only thing I could understand them adding matchmaking to

1 commentaireI agree with the premise of matchmaking for everything AS LONG AS IT'S OPTIONAL. Don't do it like current matchmaking that forces you into a group whether you want it or not. I disagree with your over exaggeration that you can only find a group if you know someone. I do all my groups through lfg sites and have never run into this problem. I'm not saying rotten people don't exist in lfg, but it's much less likely then some suggest. Also you would find these same people in an ingame lfg as well.

2 commentairesThe raid has too many checkpoints to matchmake. Add that to the fact a lot of people don't use/have mics which would cause an issue. Then there's the point where the minimum level players would jump in expecting to get carried. And what if a team wants to 5 man it or someone is switching characters. Don't get me started on afk players who troll match made strikes. For trials, there are way too many try hards that would not stand for match making. I think that would be easy wins, but having one awesome player grouped w two below average guys wouldn't be fair. Tldr: wouldn't work, everything is fine as is
