with 2015 being one of the best years in gaming, what about the lineup for 2016? I honestly think 2016 will be better. Why? Let's make a list: Going off of exclusives alone: PS4: Uncharted 4 Horizon: Zero Dawn No Man's Sky The Last Guardian Ratchet and Clank Detroit: Become Human ( I'm assuming it comes out 2016 but I HATE that game title) Hellblade Final Fantasy 7 remake (google says it's on PS4 and doesn't mention it being on X1 or PC so....) Firewatch Shenmue 3 (never played it but it seems to have some hype) Street Fighter 5 (hate fighters but if you like them then whatever) Dreams (If you like construction/sandbox games, then man this must be golden) Xbox1: Gears of War 4 Crackdown 3 Scalebound Quantum Break Recore Sea of Thieves (doesn't interest me but some people want it) Cuphead Killer Instinct Cities Skylines (wat) Fable Legends Then there's the multiplatform gems like: Mass Effect 4 Dishonored 2 DOOM The Division Homefront: The Revolution Mafia III Far Cry Primal Ghost Recon: Wildlands Dead Island 2 Hitman Final Fantasy XV Dark Souls 3 Deus Ex: Mankind Divided Mirrors Edge: Catalyst Battleborn and more I think that 2016 is going to be even better than 2015's lineup Sure we've had TONS of great GOTY contenders but 2016 just seems more substantial.
