Final Touch of Malice quest question...
I'm at the final stage (Fears Embrace). Went in solo last night and got to the big guy. Had his health down to a little over 25% but never saw the witch come out before I was destroyed. Is there a certain health level he gets to before she comes out? That was the last time I messed with it, so tonight I have to go back and get to him again. Ugh!

When I did it, the wizard spawned when the echo was 25% health. I had to look around a bit though. Oh and take a friend with you, it's a tough mission.

I had the witch spawn around 25% health. She was hiding with the other adds.

Stay around the entrance you walk in from. When the 3cho is low walk out of the entrance hole and the wizard will spawn directly to the left. You will see one of them cabal flaming jet ceiling traps. That's where she spawns.

Spawned at 50% for me.
