I could never quit by using them, it just kept my nicotine addiction going, so I got anymore, I don't think it helps.

Yeah I do. I use the zero nicotine flavors. It has helped me quit cigarettes.

1 commentaireYes it was how I was able to quit smoking. I smoked cigarettes for 20+ years. I tried the patch, the gum, hypnosis, but I had a very weak will power over the cravings. After buying a rebuildable atomizer, I haven't smoked a cigarette for about 3 years. Today, I'm trying to quit vaping as well. Then I'll be totally free from nicotine addiction.

I have a group of people who are like family to me and they all vape. I've tried the stuff as well, it's quite nice.
