My group was fighting the one gaze DPS strategy. I've run Kings Fall once before and that group used that strategy and we had Golgoroth down in like 20 minutes after a wipe or two to learn the mechanics. After we started doing that strategy it was evident that it was much easier, we did better DPS because we were focused on one objective, and no one died.
